3.3.11 Thermodynamics

• The thermodynamic parameters of a chosen DNA/RNA part in ApE are displayed at the top of the main window upon selecting a specific feature (Figure 3.3.11.1).

• In Genome Compiler when you choose to view a single project at the top right (Figure 3.3.11.2), for each part you select in the project the appropriate DNA/RNA thermodynamics as well as protein parameters will be automatically displayed on the bottom of the screen (Figure 3.3.11.3).
