3.2.4 Project Properties

The properties section contains different tabs providing information on your project.

  • In Vector NTI for editing the project properties you can click the arrow to the left of the molecule name or double click the molecule name (Figure 3.2.4.1). Alternatively, go to “Edit” in the main menu and choose “…(Molecule name) Properties” (Figure 3.2.4.2). This will open a window where by you may edit the molecule general data (Figure 3.2.4.3). For viewing the properties you can open the files to the left of the screen (Figure 3.2.4.1).

  • In Vector NTI for editing the project properties you can click the “Edit Molecule Properties” button (Figure 3.1.4.1). For viewing the properties you should click “Properties” in the bottom of the screen (Figure 3.1.4.2).

  • In Genome Compiler you can simply open the “More Properties” tab to view as well as edit the project properties (Figure 3.2.4.4). For more information on project properties see section 1.2.10.
