1.19.1 Viewing Primers in Genome Compiler

• Primers are visible throughout the views. In the sequence view, the primer sequence appears below the DNA sequence, while in the linear and circular views you can see the primers as small triangles (Figure 1.19.1.1).

• You can remove the primers from the views by un-checking the Show box in the Annotation Layers menu (Figure 1.19.1.2).
