3.1.18 Thermodynamics

• In order to view the thermodynamics parameters of a chosen DNA/RNA part in vector NTI you should press “Thermodynamics” and the “Thermodynamics Analysis” dialog will open to display the results (Figure 3.1.18.1).

• In Genome Compiler when you choose to view a single project at the top right (Figure 3.1.18.2), for each part you select in the project the appropriate DNA/RNA thermodynamics as well as protein parameters will be automatically displayed on the bottom of the screen (Figure 3.1.18.3).
